Founder and CEO, Robert Gascoyne, takes a personal interest in all of our projects (even when he can't speak the local language!). He has an impressive track record in product, service, and process design and optimisation. His career started in High Technology Engineering in 1983, followed by consulting on Engineering projects. In 1997 he became a professional Management Consultant and, by 2001, had launched an Institute specialising in Lean Six Sigma, which he directed.
